I attended Malcolm's Mastercourse at Crear at a critical juncture when I was starting to really dip my toe into the world of art song and fall in love with the repertoire. It was a superlative experience in every way! Malcolm is an incredible teacher and helps you uncover key nuances in the poetry and music while refining your ensemble as a singer-pianist duo. Beyond that, Crear is a peaceful retreat in stunning surroundings with a warm and collegial atmosphere -- we made music, lived and ate (amazing home-cooked food!) together.
